As "shit hits the fan" with current planetary changes, it's natural to feel discomfort. We will all experience some type of unsettling change – ALL of us, without exception.
In the past, we could repair, solve, save, heal, or accomplish things through generic guidance. However, now we need a more individual, detailed "diagnostic" and action plan.
Embrace Your Unique Path
The current time invites us to grow from not only listening to general recommendations and guidelines. But use these insights as a foundation, and focus on unfolding your individual path with personalized guidance and input. Practical steps you can take to get you started could be:
Self-assessment: Reflect on your current state. What areas of your life feel most unsettled?
Seek personalized guidance: Find assistance who can offer advice tailored to your specific needs.
Experiment with tools: Try different tools and practices – seek multiple perspectives and entrance points (body, mind, soul), and see what resonates with you.
Respect Individual Journeys
Also, it's time to move away from one-size-fits-all advice and instead focus on what is specifically for you (and those you care for, like minors).
Allow your neighbour, partner, friend, colleague, or family member to handle what is right for them, without any judgment. Each person has a unique journey with different coding and frequency. This is why generalizations can only take us so far.
A Personal Inspiration
Why the current planetary changes inspired me to revisit an old drawing of mine from 2013. Where I mapped out the different ways I could assist myself on my human and soul journey. It was an overwhelming period in my life (and there have been many overwhelming moments since), but this visuals assisted me to navigate my own path every time. This is where I could understand what type of assistance could assist me within which area of my discomfort .
I have updated it and share it with you here. Maybe it can serve as inspiration and assistance in identifying YOUR individual journey during these transformative times and help you navigate your personal discomfort with more ease.
This is not a finite diagram but an evolving tool. It helps understand:

What cannot be fixed and needs to take its course.
Use Your Intuition
